Carlos Mendez was my technician when we installed the Trane system last March. He did an excellent job then and came out to my house yesterday to take care of a minor warranty issue. I originally called a different company that tried to sell me a whole new system. It was a HOT summer Sunday and you know how bad the heat can be in Houston. Figured I would be suffering all day. Called TCS, someone responded right away and sent someone out within 2 hours I had AC again. Really couldn't believe my luck on a Sunday! Thank You TCS
